Different skills, one shared standard: the people who turn precision, quality and care into every Qualimed lens, every day.
Here’s something I’ve learned over the years: things made well tend to disappear. A good lens goes unnoticed — it settles on the eye and becomes invisible. That’s our craft, and that’s how it should be.
But the people who design those lenses, check them one by one and ship them across the world — those I don’t want to stay invisible.
On this page you’ll find some of the faces of Qualimed — not all: there are more of us, and every department has people who aren’t pictured here but without whom nothing would work. We come from different places and work in ten languages; some have been here since day one, in 2011, others joined last spring.
To me none of you is a number on an org chart — you are the reason Qualimed exists, and the part of this work I’m proudest of.
